Dance of the Wanderers

For 2015, I'm working on a new project entitled: Dance of the Wanderers. It's a 15 episode series that about a young woman name Kathleen Nyro who becomes cursed by a Spirit and has to find a way to break the curse or leave her home behind forever.

I'm really tired right now, so this won't be long. If you want to find out more about the project check out the Dance of the Wanderers page. There you can read updates, my insane schedule, or the just (I mean moment ago) finished Pilot episode.

Seeya in the future.

Hikaru Utada's New MV

Sakura Nagashi's Cover Art drawn by Evangelion's character designer Yoshiyuki Sadamoto.

Taking a break from her hiatus Hikaru Utada release a song this week: Sakura Nagashi (Flowing Cherry Blossoms). The is a beautiful piano ballad with her signature ethereal sounds and strong voice. After two years without her voice it's really good to her again. And any Evangelion will be pleased to know that she wrote and composed the song specifically for the new Evangelion 3.0 movie, out now in Japan. The song is just a stand-alone release and does not mean her hiatus is over. Watch the MV for Sakura Nagashi below.

UPDATE 1 (11/18/12): Added Evangelion 3.0 TV Spot 4 which uses Sakura Nagashi as the BMG.

I Finally Beat Super Mario Bros.!

I've been playing through Super Mario Bros., All Stars Edition, for the last two or three weeks and I finally beat it today! This is my first time ever beating it. 8-3 was giving me such a hard time with all those hammer brother. I was trying to get past that stage for the better part of a week. I beat the Lost Levels two ago and decided to try the original now. Yay. Later I'll Super Mario Bros. 2, but now I'm satisfied.

Still Here After Wednesday Night Update 5.1.0.0 Now Live

Version 5.1.0.0 is a huge update for Still Here After Wednesday Night. It adds two major features and well as a slew of additions and fixes.

The first of the major features and most visible is The Little Sheep Arcade. The Little Sheep Arcade house the fully featured Virtual Gaia Games Matching! minigame and maybe even more(?). The additional of the Little Sheep Arcade now only bring with it an entirely new and different gaming experience from the main game but also increases the overall playable content of the game by over 65%! And that's taking into account the Main Game + the unlockable Epilogue (which you should play)!

The second major feature to the update is the Ability to Back-up and Retrieve System Data. This feature can be found under the options menu. What this means is that when a future a future update rolls around you no longer have to sacrifice your hard earned Accomplishments or reset you configurations over again. Now when a new update comes, all you have to do is go to this option, back-up your system somewhere, install the new update, and retrieve your old system data from the new version of the game. This feature can also be used to set this game up on different computer. No need to unlock things you've already unlocked.

Finally, and like always, there been fixes to small issues, such as grammar/spelling errors, a minor fix to the cheatcode input, and a fix to the quicksave (Sav##)  error at the end of the Epilogue (seriously, play it--it's not that hard to unlock).

Have fun with this new update (which become about 1000 times bigger than it was suppose to be). Still Here After Wednesday Night Version 5.1.0.0 can be found here. Or below:

UPDATE 1 (7/13/12): Reuploaded the files. I had to make a quick fix.

Resident Evil 6 Announced...Last Week

Okay, school's been really tough this new semester and I've been working like crazy to keep up with the demand and that will most likely continue throughout the semester. This blog might go through some dry spells again. What can I do? I need to get my degree.
Anyways, last weeks (or earlier this week--it's all starting to blend in) Capcom announcing Resident Evil 6, but to with some little press release, but one of the most exciting and awe-inspiring trailers I've seen in long while. I'll keep this short as most of the gaming site on the Internet have cover this in extensive detail. It looks awesome! Like revitalizing the franchise (cough, cough, like RE4, cough) awesome. The game will one of my personal favorites RE protagonist Leon S. Kennedy, Chris Redfield, and mystery third guy. It aims to blend classic RE horror with the action-pack-ness of RE5. I'm thinking Leon section will play like RE4 (a good blend of horror and action) and Chris' part will like RE5 (action-packed block buster movie). It looks really good. Also, normal zombies are finally back!

Castella In Theory 4: Rumor: A Tale Of Two Watches

Has nothing to do with my story, but I'm loving this song.
Hey, Vahsol here. I just finished the fourth installment of Castella. This time it's the promised light story. It's just a fun tale of rumors and the crazy kids at Castella High. That's it. Please read, enjoy, comment.
Lastly, I'm seriously going to take a break from writing Castella for awhile. At least until 2012 (I'm thinking summer), so I can focus more on other projects, school, and work. Mata ne!

Big News in the World of Persona

Welcome to Persona
This has been a big week for Persona and its fans with not one or two games announced but three as well as the launching of a new Persona website! Japanese magazine Famitsu broke the story this week with their interview with Persona 3 and 4’s director Katsura Hashino. The new games are: Persona 4: The Golden, Persona 4: The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena, and the now 100% confirmed Persona 5. Hit the jump for a ridiculous amount of news and information and pictures!

UPDATE 1 (9/9/11): The debut trailer for Persona 4: The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena has released! Find it after the jump near the bottom of the page.

Castella In Theory 3: Self-Righteous Suicide

Hey, guys, I just finished the third story of Castella in Theory: Self-Righteous Suicide (in just under 2 weeks. Only 11 days!), it's a continuation of the first story. It takes two months after Ecila's passing and is about how Greg is dealing or not dealing with her death. I don't think that summary quite fits, but it's okay. Please read and comment! Hope you enjoy. The link for the story is below.

I'm so glad I now know I can write a full story in less than 14 months or even less than a month! The first story actually took 30 days to complete. Fun fact: this story was originally going to be the second story, but I was having a lot of trouble writing the opening scene and had just come up with some ideas for the current second story and thought that that story was going to be an easier write. Wrong! Anyway, here's the third story.

This story can be surreal at times--this is just the picture to use
Read Here> Castella In Theory 3: Self-Righteous Suicide [It's only 12 pages]
(Click to read; right click and save as to download.)
P.S.: If there are any mistakes, let me know and I'll fix them.

UPDATE 1 (9/3/11): Minor fixes added.

UPDATE 2 (10/23/11): Added a little to the ending. It feels more complete now.

UPDATE 3 (10/26/11): Minor fixes to format and story.

UPDATE 4 (11/26/11): Minor fixes and tweaks to story. Plus a random picture added!

UPDATE 5 (2/29/12):  Minor fixes.
